Government regulations require 100 Point proof of identity documents for all applications. We recommend the following process to make the complience easy.
- Provide a photocopy of either a Birth Certificate (70 pts) or Passport (70 pts) along with a photocopy of the applicants Drivers License (40 pts). Click here for a comprehensive list of 100 point alternatives.
- Applicants made on behalf of a Trust / Superannuation Fund must provide certified identification documents. The essential trust documents that need to be certified are the front page, all trustee details, beneficiaries and their addresses, as well as the trust mandate.
- These documents need to be signed by an approved person to verify the authenticity. Common approved persons are as followed:
- Accountant
- Lawyer
- Justice of Peace
- Bank Manager
- Post Office Manager
- School Teacher
- Dentist
- Doctor
- Pharmacist
- Vetenary Surgeon
- Member of Police Force
- Registered Nurse
The approved person will need to view the original documents then write the following on the copy. I ____________ witness these documents to be an accurate copy of the originals. Signed _________________
